Location and route
Start from the closest safe landmark in Power Plant, then make one pass to identify sightlines before committing to the scan. If the creature pulls you away from the marked route, cancel the attempt and return with more oxygen, better mobility, or a vehicle-supported path.
Uses and unlock value
Jetocaris is mainly useful for facility-route scan progress. Record the biome, nearby plants, nearby minerals, and the tool loadout that made the scan safe; those notes are more valuable than a one-time sighting during Early Access.
